  3. In case of a professional or e-commerce license, a 2 page business plan is required. If it’s a general trading or commercial trading company, the business plan must have one paragraph that describes the nature of the business.
  4. A copy of passport which holds 6 months of minimum validity period. Entry visa stamp copy or entry visa copy or cancelled visa documentation copy or residence visa copy, if applicable.
  5. 10 passport size colored photographs with white background
  6. Provision of 5 proposed names

 

For a Free Zone Company (FZC), a minimum 2 and maximum 4 shareholders. Documents include:-

  1. 1. Duly filled application form
  2. A No Objection Letter from the sponsor if the applicant has a valid residence in the UAE
  3. In case of a professional or e-commerce license, a 2 page business plan is required. If it’s a general trading or commercial trading company, the business plan must have one paragraph that describes the nature of the business.
  4. A copy of passport which holds 6 months of minimum validity period. Entry visa stamp copy or entry visa copy or cancelled visa documentation copy or residence visa copy, if applicable.

For opening a branch of a Local Company (BLC), the following documents need to be submitted:-

  1. 1. Duly filled application form
  2. A copy of passport which holds a minimum validity of 6 months of the manager or representative of the company. Entry visa stamp copy or entry visa copy or cancelled visa documentation copy or residence visa copy, if applicable.
  3. In case of a professional or e-commerce license, a 2 page business plan is required. If it’s a general trading or commercial trading company, the business plan must have one paragraph that describes the nature of the business.
  4. Original Trade license and Commercial Registration Certificate
  5. Original Membership Certificate with the respective Chamber of Commerce
  6. 10 color passport size photographs with white background

It is important to note that the parent company must have been in activity for a minimum period of one year preceding the opening of a branch in Ajman Free Zone.

 

For opening a Branch of a Foreign Company (BFC), the following documents need to be submitted:-

  1. Duly filled application form
  2. A copy of passport which holds a minimum validity of 6 months of the manager or representative of the company. Entry visa stamp copy or entry visa copy or cancelled visa documentation copy or residence visa copy, if applicable.
  3. A Registration Certificate issued by a competent authority existing in the company’s native nation
  4. An association contract of the company
  5. A resolution issued by the competent authority to the company permitting it to carry out business activities in the Free Zone and appointment of a manager or representative by virtue of a duly attested Power of Attorney
  6. In case of a professional or e-commerce license, a 2 page business plan is required. If it’s a general trading or commercial trading company, the business plan must have one paragraph that describes the nature of the business.
